Comparison uses the market range of 15 to 20% of base salary. Many agencies charge on the full package, so the gap can be bigger. All figures ex GST.

How much does it cost?
$4,500 for entry roles, $9,900 for qualified trades and $14,500 for senior roles, all ex GST. There's nothing to pay unless you hire.
When do I pay?
The fee is due when your hire starts, and payable within 14 days. Smaller businesses can split it: half on start, half at day 30.
What does the 3-month replacement cover?
If your hire quits or is let go for performance in the first 3 months, we replace them free, once per placement. There are two conditions: the fee was paid on time, and the role hasn't been made redundant. If we can't find a replacement within 6 weeks, you get a credit for the fee, valid for 12 months.
What if you can't find anyone in 5 days?
We aim to have your first candidates to you within 5 business days. If we haven't sent you a shortlist within 1 month of confirming your brief, you can walk away with no obligation. Either way, there's nothing to pay unless you hire.
I've already got an ad on SEEK. Should I pull it?
No, keep it running. We go after the people who aren't looking at ads, and you only pay if ours is better.
Do you do labour hire or temps?
No. We only do permanent placement. The people we place work for you, on your books.
What if I hire someone you sent me later on?
The fee still applies if you hire anyone we introduced within 12 months, in any role. It's a standard clause, and we'd rather tell you now than in fine print.
