  2. We screenLicence on the register and a phone screen with a person.
  3. You get your first candidatesWe aim to have them to you in 5 days, building to a shortlist of 3 to 5.
  4. You hireWe take two supervisor references before any offer goes out. One flat fee, due when they start. If they don't work out in 3 months, we replace them free.
